Corporate Office
Meet Andy:
At just 23 years old, Andy began his career representing Folger Adam Detention Locks and William Bayley Detention Windows, working directly with facilities, public entities, architects, engineers, detention equipment contractors, and construction managers. Over the years, he expanded his expertise, product representation, and national reach, helping to shape the industry with his deep knowledge and client-focused approach.
As President of Real Time Detention, Andy is responsible for business development, strategic growth, and day-to-day operations—and, as he likes to joke, “carrying Bob’s bags.” His leadership has contributed to the company’s reputation as a trusted resource for correctional facility design and construction.
One of the highlights of his career is seeing projects where every company Real Time Detention represents is successfully implemented—bringing together best-in-class products and services to create secure, high-functioning facilities.
Andy is passionate about working with top-tier manufacturers and industry professionals to deliver outstanding results for clients. His motivation comes from representing the best companies in the industry and collaborating with talented individuals who are equally committed to excellence.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys traveling, seeking new adventures, and, most importantly, spending time with his wife of 25 years, children, and grandchildren. While he loves the game of business, he values faith and family above all, living by the principle of getting to know Him and making Him known.
