Brandon joined Real Time Detention 10 years ago, drawn to the industry by the people and the meaningful work involved in creating safe, functional, and innovative correctional facilities. His experience in corporate sales laid the foundation for his expertise in business development, project coordination, and client support within the correctional industry.
As Vice President, Brandon is responsible for sales and account management, working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers to ensure that each project is designed and executed with the best security solutions and detention products available. He prides himself on being a trusted advisor, guiding clients through product selection, specification writing, and implementation to create facilities that are efficient, durable, and purpose-driven.
One of Brandon’s most rewarding projects was Branch County, MI—his first project with Real Time Detention. Beyond its technical success, the project had a tremendous impact on the local community, something he finds deeply fulfilling. Working with great people on a great project, Brandon saw firsthand how well-planned correctional facilities can enhance security, efficiency, and rehabilitation efforts.
Brandon is passionate about helping clients navigate complex projects and enjoys seeing facilities come to life and function successfully long after construction is complete. His motivation comes from being a trusted resource in the industry, ensuring that every project he’s involved in meets the highest standards of security, innovation, and usability.
