His background in law enforcement, facility operations, and architectural business development gives him a unique perspective on correctional facility design and implementation.
Robert’s career began in law enforcement, where he served as a Police Commander and Warden, gaining first-hand experience in facility security, operations, and management. After retiring from active service, he transitioned into business development for a Midwest justice architectural firm, where he played a key role in shaping modern correctional facility designs. His work has helped set the standard for today’s cutting-edge detention environments, ensuring they are built for safety, efficiency, and long-term functionality.
As Vice President, Robert focuses on business and design development, working with architects, engineers, and facility planners to integrate the most effective products and solutions into correctional facilities nationwide.
