Opened in August 2014, the Las Colinas Detention & Reentry Facility serves as the primary intake center for incarcerated females in San Diego County. This 1,280-bed facility was designed with a progressive approach to corrections, emphasizing “Open Booking” and “Direct Supervision” philosophies.
